  • Fattoria Monte Fasolo
    Cinto Euganeo PD, Italy
Our vineyards cover the hills of the two estates Monte Fasolo and Baone, in the southern region of the Euganean Hills. They are operated directly by our technical staff, and coordinated by our agronomist Filippo Giannone. Each grape variety is planted in the soil that is most suited for creating fine products. This is achieved by considering the relationship between the soil, sun, climate and vines in each vineyard. The oenologists Andrea Boaretti and Antonio Froio meticulously follow the wine production process. After careful examination of their ripeness, the grapes are hand-picked and processed in the cellars using the most advanced equipment. This process ensures that the natural properties of the grapes are retained.
